Live sprint begins Monday, October 5, 2026

Learn to Rebuild Trust In Two Weeks

If you're reading this, you're tired. You've been trying, waiting, and hoping they'll finally get it. The hurt is real, and needing them to take responsibility doesn't make you difficult. In two weeks of live sessions, you'll learn what trust actually is and practice the small, real skills that rebuild it, so you can stop replaying it and start moving through it.

Why nothing has worked yet

Three things nobody told you about trust...

01 · You can't think your way out.

You already understand what happened. Understanding hasn't fixed it. Practice does.

02 · Trust is given, not gotten.

"I don't trust you" really means "I don't feel safe enough to risk with you." That shift is where rebuilding starts.

03 · It rebuilds in inches.

Not one terrifying leap. One small risk, when it goes well, you risk a little more.

What is the Rebuild Trust Sprint?

A 2-week live experience, not another course you buy and forget. Week one, Staci teaches you her complete trust framework. Week two, you practice it in real situations, with a group and real support, before the moment that counts.

7 Live Teaching Sessions

Five daily teaching sessions in week one (90 minutes each plus live Q&A, 10am PT / 1pm ET). Then your focus-area practice call in week two, and the graduation celebration call. Show up live or catch every replay.

2 Weeks Start to Finish

Week one, you learn the framework. Week two, you practice it, with a group call, a guided audio each day, and support the whole way. Knowing is the easy part. The practice week is where it starts to feel real.

1 Guide Who Has Lived It

Staci Bartley, relationship coach and host of Love Shack Live, with the family team who built this with her: her husband and co-founder Tom, and her daughter Brooke, who leads creative and client experience, on every call.

This won't make someone trustworthy who refuses to be. What it will do is make you clear: what's yours, what's theirs, and what to actually do next. Sometimes that clarity leads to a rebuild. Sometimes self-trust is noticing it isn't safe yet, and that gets honored too. We are not here to dismiss your pain. We are here to help you move through it faster.

Is the sprint right for you?

This is for you if:

  • You said "I can't trust you" and somehow became the villain for saying it.

  • They're doing all the right things and you still can't feel it. Nobody warned you that could happen.

  • You were the only one trying, and you're tired of arguing with yourself at 2am about whether it counts.

If any of these sound familiar, the Rebuild Trust Sprint was built for you.

Meet your guide

Staci Bartley is a relationship mentor, and the host of Love Shack Live. For 12 years she's taught individuals, couples, and Fortune 500 teams the skills real love requires. She studied with Esther Perel and Dr. Tammy Nelson.

Her real qualification is that she's lived it. She's done the hard repair work herself, and built the connected marriage she has with her husband Tom today. This isn't therapy, and it isn't theory. She doesn't teach trust from a distance. She teaches it from real life.

1,500+ people mentored since 2013 · 4.9-star rating · 270+ episodes of Love Shack Live

I expected something structured and clinical. Instead it felt safe, compassionate, and surprisingly fun. The biggest shift was finding tools we didn't even know we were missing.

FAQs

  • The live calls are weekday mornings (10am PT). What if I can't make them all?

    • Come to what you can, live. Every session is recorded and posted the same day, and the worksheets and guided audios are yours to do on your own time. If you can protect just one hour, protect your Week 2 practice call. That's the one that's better live.

  • What if my partner won't do this with me?

    • You come on your own. This is your work, and trust starts with you. Plenty of people do the sprint solo, whether their partner is in it or not.

  • I've already done therapy and read the books. How is this different?

    • Those gave you understanding. This gives you practice. Week 2 is a guided week of actually doing the skills, in real time, with support. That's the part you can't really get anywhere else, and it's the part that changes things.

  • What if I'm not even sure we're staying together?

    • That's okay, and it's common. This won't push you toward staying or leaving. It makes you clear about what's yours, what's theirs, and what to do next, whether that leads to a rebuild or to peace.

  • What happens right after I pay?

    • You'll get a welcome email confirming your spot. Later in the week you'll sign a short confidentiality agreement (it's what keeps the group safe), and you'll get your invite to the community portal before we begin on October 5th.

  • Is this therapy?

    • No, this is coaching. Practical skills and guided practice, and it works alongside therapy, not instead of it. If you're facing abuse or feel unsafe, please reach out for professional support first. That matters more than any sprint.
